We help you maintain your diet plans. Recommend and advise on the use of vitamins, supplements, and other health products. Phone and email support 

Evaluate clients’ nutritional needs based on their health, lifestyle, and personal goals We design personalized nutrition plans tailored to the clients’ dietary needs, ensuring that they receive the support necessary for their journey. Monitor and document client progress over time, adjusting nutrition plans as necessary based on changes in clients’ health or objectives. Educate clients on the importance of good nutrition and the role it plays in overall health. Provide motivation and encouragement to clients

Coaching

Life Coach $400 monthly

We can help you clarify your goals, identify the obstacles holding you back, and then come up with strategies for overcoming each obstacle.

By creating these strategies, we target your unique skills and gifts. By helping you to make the most of your strengths, we provide the support you need to achieve long-lasting change

 We can help you make plans, address problems, and work toward achieving your goals, but it is important to remember that these things take time. It may be helpful if you set some short-term and long-term goals to work toward. 

Coaching

Menopause $300 monthly

A menopause coach—sometimes called a menopause health coach or perimenopause health coach—is typically a professional who helps women manage the lifestyle and emotional aspects of menopause. We focus on behavior change and lifestyle strategies—not clinical treatment. Therefore, we don’t diagnose medical conditions or prescribe medication.


Instead, we emphasize education, motivation, and accountability. This can translate to:


Symptom support: We assist you in identifying and tracking symptoms like hot flashes, fatigue, sleep changes, mood shifts, or weight gain. We help you pinpoint triggers, build routines, or develop coping strategies for daily life.


Lifestyle and nutrition guidance: We provide general wellness advice on what to eat for steady energy, how to exercise safely, and how to establish habits that support hormonal balance. 


Emotional support: Menopause isn’t just physical—it can stir up anxiety, irritability, or loss of confidence. We can be a sounding board and motivator, helping you manage stress, set goals, and remain positive as your body changes. 


Empowerment: Menopause coaching often includes teaching. Coaches may explain the basics of hormonal shifts, how estrogen affects everything from sleep to skin, and why symptoms differ from person to person. Their goal is to help you feel informed enough to make better choices
